Dugan's Travels was started in 1997 because Jennifer Dugan, a travel agent, wanted to have a career where she could be at home with her children. Since that time, Jennifer and the staff at Dugan's Travels have created a host agency with a familyfriendly environment where hundreds of agents work to realize the dream of owning a successful home-based travel business.

Our mission at Dugan's Travels is to provide all agents - new and experienced - with the tools they need to be profitable and successful. We do that by offering comprehensive education & development programs, as well as exclusive live events in locations across the US to help agents gain knowledge, establish industry relationships, and build the confidence needed to succeed.
